Fatigue is the most common among women in their thirties and onward. There are several reasons for it or a combination of things. From an energy perspective, I see fatigue as an inner exhaustion of a cellular matrix and memory that is in need of restoration. By this time as women, we have given much of our inner-selves, our generosities, emotion and love. We have to ask ourselves, “What is holding me back from living an enthusiastic life?”
Energetically, old ways of thinking and doing can be partially the culprit. These are ‘our’ makings of our own inner mechanics, including old belief systems that no longer support us in moving forward. Some may feel that mental chatter or repetitive thoughts may keep us from having a good night’s sleep…. Whatever it is, the energy inside that is running your body needs renewal, change, and need of repair.
The body stores all memories; emotional, physical injury and stressful, it records all this information on a multi-dimensional level. Which means we don’t fully comprehend what that exactly this is, but know that, our human make-up as far beyond even our understanding to know how it all works.
In my experience working with energy, I know it is very important to renew ourselves, and our energy. It has to become a maintenance ritual as we age. Some of us change how we look at things, or our habits or routines either from our own willingness or from life experiences, sometimes, traumatic ones. What is important as we grow, is allowing ourselves to not become stuck in ways that don’t allow us to move freely and express who we really are- this is more common than you may think. What is also common is taking on or harboring emotions for others, this is liable to cause your own illness.
We are always in a state of growth, and that’s not just physical. We cannot change just by thinking about it alone, change happens through the body. Energy is physical, mental and emotional growth. Everyday we are changing and as we move forward, as our bodies get older, we need to support ourselves differently from how we have been doing it in the past. This means and includes our daily thoughts.
Chronic or reoccurring pains could be the result of not stretching enough or from past emotional scarring or stress responses. Whatever it is, change, happens from the inside-out. These are the multi-dimensional aspects of our being, its common-law within ourselves that need renewal.
