Since beginning energy work in 2006, her growing fascination with the central nervous system has led her to embrace all levels of healing present and ancestral. She has entrained her mind and body to work in tandem to energetically highlight, move energy and heal, various parts of the anatomical system.
Christina has a profound ability to deeply ground her clients where they feel strongly rooted to the earth, yet with a comforting lightness and awareness at the same time. Christina has also developed a process she calls ‘Body Referencing’, a way to interpret what the body needs for its own unique healing. Christina has also discovered the energy anatomy of the Vagus nerve and its role in processing emotions and trauma. She is carefully documenting all her research and clinical work on the vagus nerve to which she will eventually publish a book.
Christina’s discoveries and passions in energy healing are a result and culmination of over 20 years of working with energy. It started with Kundalini, which is a spiritual awakening wherein many illuminating experiences began to occur. She then sought out energy based therapies, meditation practice and mind-body integration work. In 2009 she graduated from the renowned Integrative Energy Healing Practitioner Certification Program, at that time a 3-year intensive hosted by Continuing Studies at Langara College in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Her work in distance healing began shortly into the program and in the past 15 years, has expanded into a unique and extraordinarily effective style of working distantly with her clients through the human energy field. Along the way she has also acquired accreditation in human anatomy, physiology, nutrition, Iridology, Reflexology, Craniosacral Therapy, and Fascia Manipulation.
Christina has also devoted time and gained hands on experience working with trauma through substance abuse centers and community health in Vancouver BC. In addition, lead support groups for survivors of abuse at the Newmarket Women’s Center in Ontario, Canada.
Christina also has a deep enthusiasm for backpack travelling. Following this lead has taken her to over 20 countries around the globe, deliberately forming energetic connections with the land, ancient ruins, and local artifacts everywhere she has been. She has a life-long passion for creativity, painting, working with wood, concrete and metal art projects. She loves photography and has a great love and respect for animals and nature. She’ll always be an outdoors enthusiast who, for most of her life, has been an active cyclist, snow boarder, and a few other adrenalin packed sports.
